We want every ZingRally purchase to feel intentional, meaningful, and premium. Because many of our products are made-to-order and some involve third-party fulfillment partners (dropshippers), our return policy is designed to balance flexibility for customers with fairness to creators and production partners.
By placing an order on ZingRally, you agree to the terms below.
1. Made-to-order and personalized items
Most ZingRally products are produced on demand, specifically for your order, and may include custom text, artwork, or campaign-specific designs.
Because of this:

Personalized items (including items with custom wording, names, or campaign designs) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Made-to-order items that are not personalized are eligible only for replacement or refund in cases of damage, defect, or production error.

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear production error.
Please review product details, sizing charts, and customization information carefully before completing your order.
2. Eligibility for returns or replacements
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

The product you received is materially different from what you ordered (wrong item, design, or variant)

There is a verified production or printing error
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 10 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

You may be required to provide photos of the product and packaging for verification
Not covered:

Change-of-mind returns
-
Incorrect size selection
-
Normal wear and tear
Sizing issues are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts prior to purchase.
3. Return authorization & process (IMPORTANT)
DO NOT ship any item back without contacting us first.
Because we work with multiple production partners and dropshippers, the return address shown on your package may not be the correct return destination. Unauthorized returns may be lost, delayed, or rejected.
To request a return or replacement:

Await authorization
We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide:-
Return Authorization (RA) number

Correct return address (specific to the item and fulfillment partner)

Prepaid return label (if applicable)

Ship only after authorization
Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address cannot be processed or refunded.
In many cases involving damaged or defective items, we may issue a replacement or refund without requiring a physical return.
4. Refund timeline
Once a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times typically take 5–10 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a ZingRally or production error.
5. Order changes and cancellations
Because products are made-to-order:

Orders begin processing shortly after submission

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed
If you need to modify or cancel an order:

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number

If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate

If production has already begun, the order may not be changeable or cancellable
6. Chargebacks and disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is filed:

ZingRally will submit documentation including order details, fulfillment confirmation, and this Return Policy to the payment provider

Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in purchase restrictions at our discretion
7. Creator involvement
Creators earn commissions on qualifying sales from their campaigns. If an order is refunded:

The creator’s commission for that order is reversed in accordance with the Creator Payout Policy

ZingRally handles all customer service, fulfillment, returns, and refunds
Creators do not process returns or refunds directly.
8. Non-returnable items (summary)
The following are final sale unless damaged or defective:

Personalized items
-
Clearance or promotional items
-
Gift cards
9. Policy updates
ZingRally may update this Customer Return Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply only to purchases made after the effective date.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of business registration.
