What is NeonVerse? NeonVerse is a cyberpunk-inspired brand featuring bold neon art, original characters, and streetwear that celebrates individuality. We create made-to-order apparel, posters, and collectibles that help you illuminate your unique energy.

Who are Zaya, Kairo, and Spark? Zaya, Kairo, and Spark are the heart of NeonVerse - three original characters who each represent different energies and philosophies. Learn more about each character on their dedicated pages: Meet Zaya, Meet Kairo, Meet Spark.

What does "made-to-order" mean? All NeonVerse products are custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order. We don't keep inventory in stock - each item is created on demand, which reduces waste and ensures you get a fresh, high-quality product.


Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days (production)
  • Shipping time: 3-10 business days (domestic US)
  • Total delivery time: Approximately 5-17 business days

International orders may take 10-30 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Contact us immediately at info@neonverse.store if you need to update your address. We can only make changes if your order hasn't shipped yet.

What sizes do you offer? Our hoodies are available in sizes S-3XL. Please refer to our size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.

Are colors accurate to what I see online? We strive for accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to screen display settings and the nature of digital displays. This is normal for all online shopping.

Will you offer personalized/custom products? Yes! Personalized products are coming soon. Follow us on social media or sign up for our email list to be notified when they launch.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order? Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items (our error)

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by you
  • Color variations due to screen differences

What if my item is defective or damaged? Contact us at info@neonverse.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Do I need approval before returning something? YES! You MUST contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

How do exchanges work? We offer free one-time exchanges for defective products or if we sent you the wrong size. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
